Midsummer's Day is an annual Swedish festival in my hometown of Lindsborg, Kansas. This year after the festival, the newspaper proudly proclaimed that the guest book had been signed by people from X number of states, Y number of foreign countries, and you-know-how-many cities in Kansas.
